I was born in Lima, Peru and was brought up with my parents who loved cooking. I have been in the UK for more than 20 years, married to Paul and together we have 2 very loved children Daniel and Lucia.
I am a multifaceted person, very energetic and positive with a passion to see people free from stress and worries. I live life to the full every day and see problems as opportunities to become better. For the last 22 years I have been working with British people and expats as a language coach, life coach and motivational speaker. I love cooking Peruvian food and this is my Peruvian cooking page. "I had a wonderful 2 hours with Martha. The food was delicious and I look forward to the next lesson! You are a warm, friendly person Martha. A real bargain lesson I mus say". Wendy Wilkingson
"I really enjoyed the Peruvian cooking class, it is a great opportunity to learn Spanish and all about the Peruvian culture. Martha is a great teacher and she is very charismatic. I really recomend it to everyone!" Marcia Avila
"Martha, I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and appreciated your understanding that those at the cookery class had different levels of Spanish competence. It also helps that Peruvian Spanish is spoken at a slower pace than Spanish from Spain." Blair Conacher
